The final step in your store setup is setting up the delivery options that will be available to your customers so they can compensate you fairly for shipping the products to them.
Setting up your deliveries
Follow the steps below to setup your deliveries;
- Login to your Sugarcoat account and head tohttps://app.sugar-coat.io/delivery_types
- From here, click on Create Delivery Type
- The Information tab will be expanded already which contains the fields for the basic delivery information. You can find information on these fields below;
Is visible on site? Whether you want the delivery method to be an option presented to your customers Apply tax? Whether we should charge the customer tax on top of the delivery cost to the customer at checkout Name The name of the delivery method, displayed to your customers at checkout Description Some text description about the delivery, displayed to your customers at checkout Cost The cost of the delivery Lower Duration The quickest amount of time in days that the shipping will take. This will be displayed to the customer at checout. Upper Duration The longest amount of time in days that the shipping will take. This will be displayed to the customer at checout. - Click Save to confirm the payment method creation
